5 Steps to Your First Lucid Dream

It is a way to trick your body to think that your mind is sleeping. When this happens you enter the dream world but you still preserve your consciousness. Thus you can do whatever you want to do.

Its really good method for experiencing your first lucid dream because it works instantly. Just go to bed, follow the steps and in 20-30 minutes you will find yourself in a lucid dream.

1.  Lay down and Relax

Release the muscle tension. One body part at a time. Start with the head and finish with the toes.

Feel the tension fading away, start breathing slowly and deep. Relax even more.

2. Do NOT MOVE your body.

Every time you move the time counter for getting lucid is reset and you start again from the begging.

You will probably get URGES to move, thats a sign that you are on the right track.

Ignore the urges long enough and the body will start thinking that the mind is asleep, thus it will enter the state of sleep paralysis. (thats what you are looking for)

3. Maintain Consciousness.

Know that you will enter a dream and just reaffirm that you are dreaming. If you fail to maintain consciousness you will probably end up having a normal dream.

One… I am dreaming

Two… I am dreaming

4. Observe the Weird Sensations ( hypogogic imagery)

After a while you will start seeing flashes of images, your body will start to feel really light or numb, you might hear voices and sounds, moving colors on your eyelids or other weird things.

This is totally natural, it happens every time when you are between sleep and wakefulness, you just can’t remember it. The key here is to stay CALM, just passively observe what is happening. Do this until the flashes of images become really strong and vivid.

5. Enter the dream

All you have to do now is explore the vivid images with your imagination. Use all your senses. You can enter some of those images and continue forming your story from there. Its best to imagine yourself MOVING ( running, flying, walking, swimming) and then explore all the sensations, feel the wind on your skin, the pressure from the gravity on your legs, the movement, hear the sounds from the street.

Sooner or later those sensations will become highly vivid and real -> You have entered : WILD – Wake Induced Lucid Dream.

Demonic Magician,Criss Angel Played with God? as He Tries to Raise the Dead

Some people may accuse magician Criss Angel of playing God or, at the very least, imitating Frankenstein, as he attempts to raise the dead tonight -- using a real human corpse -- on his Spike TV series, "BeLIEve."

In the short, exclusive peek video above, Angel is in the middle of trying to bring a recently deceased man back to life.

Angel is well-known for his often death-defying feats of legerdemain, but has he gone too far this time, acquiring a real corpse for his televised experiment?

"People have died many times and they're clinically dead, then somehow they're revived back and it's inexplicable," Angel told The Huffington Post. "It's an interesting phenomenon, so I wanted to explore it."

To begin the process of trying to revive someone who's already dead, Angel had to overcome some obstacles.

"There were two things that were hard: First, to get a body -- a cadaver -- was the most difficult thing and we needed to find somebody who wasn't dead for a long period of time. The other thing was to find a facility that would allow us to do it because no facility wants to get involved because they feel that it can come off as disrespectful.

"We got a facility that said we could use them, but we had to sign an agreement that we weren't allowed to name the place, location or the owner. As a matter of fact, everybody had to be blindfolded to go there."

Angel said there were more than 80 bodies in freezers at the unnamed location.

"It was a very eerie and uneasy kind of environment, but we came away with a greater appreciation of how fortunate we are to have life and how we can't take it for granted."

For those who assume that Angel, as a magician, will probably just be working with some sort of Hollywood-type of body created for this "trick," he says, "No way!" (He's shown with the real body in the image below).

"I was given the death certificate and his name and we acquired previous home footage of this man, which we will broadcast on the show. It's going to make people's hair raise, and is something that I hope people will tune in to watch this very provocative demonstration."

Historically, there are many examples of religious accounts and beliefs in the resurrection of the human body. And the wildly popular current cultural obsession with all things related to zombies points to the public lure of things once alive, then dead, then somehow reactivated to life.

Why is Angel tackling something that he knows must have controversial overtones the likes of which other magicians might prefer to avoid?

"People are fascinated with death," he said. "That's why they stop and stare at a car accident, because their curiosity is provoked. I put my religious faith aside to explore the possibility to look at this phenomenon of people that are dead and are able to be revived.

"I ask people who deal with this subject matter all the time who perform thousands of surgeries, to see if they experience anything like that or can give us insight to it. We explore [the idea of] me being a conduit between life and death -- if we can bring somebody back for just another breath. Some people may think this is just morbid, but to me, it really shows when you stare death in the face -- inevitable for all of us -- it gives you a much greater appreciation and value for life, how fragile and important it is, and how you can't take any breath for granted."

Angel will certainly need a vacation after finishing up production of the television show. And he'll get plenty of rest, as he's about to go under the surgeon's knife -- no trick here -- to repair three shoulder muscle tears that cause him constant pain. This will require him to take a three-month absence from his "BeLIEve" stage show that he performs at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas.

10 Ways to Talk to Dead

The topic of time travel has always been fascinating to humans. It’s probably due to the fact that we are just as fixated on the events of the past as we are of the future. Just imagine travelling to the past, reliving good memories and maybe changing some mistakes, wouldn’t that be rad?

Now, the internet is teeming with alleged evidence for the existence of time travel – both in stories and photographs. We’re going to present you with 12 of these stories. You can make up your own mind about whether they are real occurrence of time travel!

Researchers from the University of Queensland in Australia simulated photons and moved them through time. These photons traveled through wormholes and had interactions with their older selves. This seems to be a new opportunity for a time travel theory that was once backed by Godel and Einstein.

His height; he stands taller than other people in the picture (reflects the height of people today as compared to the past)

Could this evidence be real? We don’t know, but it’s good to tickle our imagination from time to time.

2. Ancient Watch

This little watch was discovered in an ancient tomb believed to be 400 years old and undisturbed in China. The watch was found in the soil surrounding the tomb with the hands stopped at 10:06. This watched is believed to be not more than 100 years old. This started the time travel news and speculation. How can this watch that is just a hundred years old max be embedded in the soil surrounding an undisturbed tomb dating back to the Ming Dynasty?

The mystery lives on.

3. Vampire or Time Traveler?

This alleged time traveler showed everybody several photographs from different years including a current photo of himself. This man also claims he is a vampire and has puzzled many with his allegations. While these photos might look to be owned by the same man pictured, isn’t it possible that he just collected random photos that look just like him and passed it off as evidence of his time travel escapade? Real or hoax? Who knows, maybe these pictures are of his ancestors!

Archaeologists in Spain say they have found one of the world’s earliest recognized images of Jesus. It’s engraved on a glass dish dating back toward 4th Century AD, reports from Spain say.

Strange and Mysterious Sound Heard From The Sky

Mysterious sounds have been heard booming from the sky all around the world – in some cases they were so loud they set off car alarms.The unsettling noises were heard recently from Europe to Canada, sounding like groans and powerful horns.In Germany noises coming from the sky were recorded on a video camera and uploaded to YouTube, with car alarms clearly heard going off in the background.

The internet has been buzzing with theories about what the sounds could be, with suggestions such as Jesus returning and the world ending put forward.



But experts have said that there are rational explanations.

University of Saskatchewan physics professor Jean-Pierre St. Maurice told CTV that it’s electromagnetic noise emitted from auroras and radiation belts.

Geoscientist David Deming from the University of Oklahoma, meanwhile, has previously written about a phenomenon called The Hum – ‘a mysterious and untraceable sound that is heard in certain locations around the world by two to ten per cent of the population’.

Writing in the Journal of Scientific Exploration, he said that sources of The Hum could include telephone transmissions and ‘aircraft operated by the U.S Navy for the purpose of submarine communications’.

According to NASA, the Earth has ‘natural radio emissions’.

The Agency said: ‘If humans had radio antennas instead of ears, we would hear a remarkable symphony of strange noises coming from our own planet. Scientists call them "tweeks," "whistlers" and "sferics."


'They sound like background music from a flamboyant science fiction film, but this is not science fiction. Earth's natural radio emissions are real and, although we're mostly unaware of them, they are around us all the time.’

For instance lightning can produce eerie-sounding radio emissions, Nasa added.

Earthquakes can also produce sub-audible sounds, according to seismologist Brian W Stump from the Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

A 70-Year-Old Mother 'Turned Into Aswang', Beheaded By Her Own Son

The decapitated body of 70-year-old Eledina Gabitanan was found outside her home in Purok Esperanza, Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City earlier this week.

Barangay officials were shocked to note that as Eledina's body lay outside, her son, Percival, was sitting inside the house with her head just a few meters away from him.

According to the family's neighbors, they heard Gabitanan asking for help at around 3 a.m. last Thursday, July 24.

One of the neighbors, Rosalinda Alfsicar, then sought help from barangay officials.

When neighbors first went to Gabitanan's house, she said Percival was just sitting down as if nothing happened. She said the suspect had already washed the body of his dead mother when they arrived.

Percival admitted to ABS-CBN News that he tied up his mother before killing her.

He claimed they were just talking when his mother's appearance allegedly changed into that of an "aswang."

That was when he said he got up to look for a bamboo stake that he could use to stab her. However, he said the bamboo stake failed to pierce through her, so he decided to cut off her head.

Inspector Richard Fajarito, deputy commander of police station 8, said Percival's statement was inconsistent, and that the latter had admitted using illegal drugs.

Police said the suspect will be facing parricide charges.

Real Story of Annabelle the Doll, The Conjuring

While I was aware that both Ed & Lorraine Warren were in fact real people and that the events depicted in James Wan's 'The Conjuring' were based on true events, I never really bothered to look into the actual events behind the movie's inspiration. Hey, I may love horror, but I spook easily when it comes to the supernatural in real life. That said, I was discussing the film with a friend the other night that actually knew the Warren's and had been in their "occult museum," the room where they keep all the trinkets from all their previous cases and was asked if I'd ever seen the real Annabelle doll. The opening of 'The Conjuring' deals with a demonic entity in a doll that tricks it's way into the lives of two female students by pretending to be the spirit of a deceased little girl. And while the design of the doll was tweaked to be more frightening in the movie version, I was curious and looked up the original "Annabelle" case on-line. This is Annabelle's story:

In 1970 a mother, doting on her only daughter, purchased a Raggedy Ann doll from an antique store. The cute red headed little doll was a present for her daughter Donna. Donna was , at that time, currently residing with her roommate Angie in a small apartment and preparing to graduate from college. Thinking nothing more of the doll than a sign of gratitude and affection from her mother she placed the doll on her bed in her room and basically forgot about it.

As time passed both Angie and Donna noticed an air of strangeness about the doll. Apparently, the doll would move, relatively unnoticeable movements at first, like a change in position, but as time passed the movement became more noticeable. The doll was even once found standing upright, leaning against a chair with its legs crossed. After awhile the doll was said to have actually changed rooms! It would be left in the living room before Donna left for work and upon returning it would be found on her bed, in her room. A moving doll? Very strange indeed.



This Doll Does More Than Just Move

About a month later Donna began to find what she thought were penciled messages. The creepy messages looked to be written in the hand writing of a "small child", scribbled and almost illegible. Although, it could be seen that the messages clearly stated "Help Us" or "Help Lou". Not sure of the messages meanings Donna was uncertain of exactly who the "us" was. Apparently, Donna had never kept parchment paper in the house either. So where did the paper upon which the messages were written come from? Could it have been conjured by the doll itself? Could a doll possibly be writing messages? If so how?



Who's Annabelle Really?

Donna came home one night to find the doll had moved once again. Only this time Donna felt as though something was off. A menacing presence seemed to emulate from the doll and she had the deepest urge to inspect it for some reason. What she found would haunt her forever.

The doll had blood on it. Blood or what seemed to be blood, a liquid like red substance had appeared on both the back of its hands and its chest. Now completely scared and desperate for help, Donna decided it was time to seek an expert. Something was going on and she wanted answers.

Determined to get down to the bottom of things, Donna decided to contact a medium. The medium agreed and a seance was held. Apparantly, there was in fact a spirit taking up residence in the doll and her name was Annabelle Higgins. From what the medium could determine Annabelle Higgins was a young girl of only seven years old when her lifeless body was found in the field upon which the apartment complex now stands. The details of her death never came to light. The so called spirit basically took up residence with the doll and it wanted to stay. Seeing no harm in it and feeling sorry for what the spirit had experienced in life Donna agreed. The true nature of this entity had yet to be revealed.......

"Lou encounter with Anabelle the Doll"

Lou, a friend of Donnas' was less than thrilled with the doll. On numerous occasions Lou warned Angie the doll felt threatening and sinister. Something was off and Lou knew it. Lou's dislike of the doll was well known. He would have more than one terrifying experience with Annabelle. Here is the story of Lou's experience as related by the Warrens themselves:


"Lou awoke one night from a deep sleep and in panic. Once again he had a reoccuring bad dream. Only this time somehow, something seemed different. It was as though he was awake but couldn't move. He looked around the room but couldn't discern anything out of the ordinary and then it happened. Looking down toward his feet he saw the doll, Annabelle. It began to slowly glide up his leg, moved over his chest and then stopped. Within seconds the doll was strangling him. Paralyzed and gasping for breath Lou, at the point of asphyxiation, blacked out. Lou awoke the next morning, certain it wasn't a dream, Lou was determined to rid himself of that doll and the spirit that possessed it. Lou, however, would have one more terrifying experience with Annabelle. Preparing for a road trip the next day Lou and Angie were reading over maps alone in her apartment. The apartment seemed eerily quiet. Suddenly, rustling sounds coming from Donnas room aroused fear that someone had possibly broken into the apartment. Lou determined to figure out who or what it was quietly made his way to the bedroom door. He waited for the noises to stop before entering and turning on the light. The room was empty except for Annabelle whom was tossed on the floor in the corner.
Lou scoured the room for forced entry but nothing was out of place. But as he got close to the doll he got the distinct impression that somebody was behind him. Spinning around he was quick to realize that nobody else was there. Then in flash he found himself grabbing for his chest, doubled over, cut and bleeding. His shirt was stained with blood and upon opening his shirt there on his chest was what looked to be 7 distinct claw marks, three vertically and four horizontally, all were hot like burns. These scratches healed almost immediately, half gone the next day, fully gone by day two."

Paranormal Investigation: The Warrens

Due to the nature of Lou's experiences the doll was no longer believed to be a docile spirit but inhuman and demonic in nature. Donna decided to contact a priest. Bringing in the big guns seemed like the best way to go. Afterall they were fighting a paranormal war of sorts and had nothing to loose by doing so. Father Hegan was the priest they contacted. With his help their case was referred to the famous paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren.

"Ed and Lorraine Warren immediately took interest in the case and contacted Donna concerning the doll. The Warrens, after speaking with Donna, Angie, and Lou came to the immediate conclusion that the doll itself was not in fact possessed but manipulated by an inhuman presence. Spirits do not Possess inanimate objects like houses or toys, they posses people. An inhuman spirit can attach itself to a place or object and this is what occurred in the Annabelle case. This spirit manipulated the doll and created the illusion of it being alive in order to get recognition. Truly, the spirit was not looking to stay attached to the doll, it was looking to posses a human host.

The spirit or in this case an inhuman demonic spirit, was essentially in the infestation stage of the phenomenon. It first began moving the doll around the apartment by means of teleportation to arouse the occupants curiosity in hopes that they would give it recognition.Then predictably the mistake of bringing a medium into the apartment to communicate with it.

The inhuman spirit now able to communicate through the medium, preyed on the girls emotional vulnerabilities by pretending to be a rather harmless, lost young girl with which during the seance, was allowed permission from Donna to haunt the apartment. Insofar as demonic is a negative spirit, it then set about causing patently negative phenomena to occur; it aroused fear through the weird movements of that doll, it brought about the materialization of disturbing handwritten notes, the symbolic drops of blood on the doll, and ultimately it even attacked Lou leaving behind the symbolic mark of the beast.

The next stage of the infestation phenomenon would have been complete human possession. Had these experiences lasted another 2 or 3 more weeks the spirit would have completely possessed, if not harmed or killed one or all of the occupants in the house"
